Schoolboy Q at the Armory
Q and the Crash Talk Tour made a stop in Minneapolis, MN (11/23/19). Openers included Minnesota acts Def Jam’s fresh talent Nimic Revenue and Cashinova of Stophouse Music Group. The Twin Cities also welcomed Chicago’s own, Kembe X, as well as XO Label’s talent Nav.

Q Opened up with the track ‘Gang Gang’ featured on his album, Crash Talk. Over-all Q had the crowd engaged and fueled by Numb Numb juice. The show ended with ‘Blessed’ off of his album titled ‘Habits & Contradictions’.
Crash Talk is Schoolboy Q’s fifth studio album release that offers a traditional Q feel while also providing a closer look at the some-what matured Schoolboy.

Crash Talk has a classic Schoolboy sound including big hitter features like Travis Scott, 21 Savage, 6LACK (Black), Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Baby, and some humming from Kid Cudi. The album itself talks about self-doubt, learning from mistakes, and reminiscing on the fun and not-so perfect past occurrences of Q.
